Error Uploading

I am very new to arduino and the whole programming world so bare with me here.

I am building a custom 3D printer and I sourced the ramps 1.4 board with the arduino mega. I plugged these into my computer via the USB and one of my stepper motor drivers lit on fire. I replaced that driver and everything seems okay. The green led on the Mega is on when the board is plugged in. The ramps board green LED blinks twice then goes off and then nothing. I cant upload any firmware onto the board. I don't know if the board is fried or it a mistake I have in the code or the uploading process.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have no idea what is a ramps 1.4 board.

Perhaps you should be talking to the manufacturer?

I have the arduino mega on the bottom and the ramps 1.4 board on top to run the 3D printer. I attached a picture of the setup.

Remove the ramps 1.4 shield.

Try uploading again.
