error when connecting with xampp

localhost=i write my local ip address.

I am trying to put this value on the XAMPP. Although i get the 200 response when i ask for google when i ask to write the value i get a network error.

Does anyone know what's the problem?

Which Arduino are you using ?

i created a database in XAMPP in order to insert the results from the arduino. I am using the arduino uno with the sim7000 arduino expansion shield.
