Error when interacting with Cloud editor

Hello. I am trying to use the Arduino Iot cloud to be able to control my uno r4 wifi with my phone. Unfortunately, when I click on items in the menu on the left, I get errors and can't access those screens. I am on a M1 MacBook Air (version 12.0.1). This is what I see when I click on the Things section:

If I try to click on one of my sketches, this is what comes up:

The copy error button returns this:

If anybody has experience with these errors or has an idea as to what is wrong, please let me know. Thanks a lot.

Hi @tim268. Does the problem still occur if you try again now?

This type of problem might be caused by a transient network outage. These usually resolve themselves after a matter of minutes; hours at worst. If so in this case, I would expect you would no longer experience the problem now.

Hi. Unfortunately the exact same thing is still happening right now.

Hello. 3 days later and unfortunately the same error is popping up. Do you have any ideas what may be causing it? Thanks a lot.
