Error when upload =Fixed=

hi all, I am noob. I have the folloeing error when i upload, Please help. Thanks a lot.

Sulotion: uninstall IDE 1.66 completly. Install older IDE. I use 1.06.

sorry about that, because when i find the last line, i found that the error message on the first post is incorrect, thats why i edit it.
