Error while opening the library manager on window 7 (32 bit)

Hi Sir,
I have installed the arduino 1.8.19 in my PC ( windows 7 - 32 bit). when I try to open the library manager it is showing the Error as attached. How to solve this Problem? Kindly let us know.

I think that it's time to move to a newer Windows or, as I prefer, move to a less boring Linux.

I probably can't help but the first question would be if you can access that url from a browser on that PC.

Is this a home environment? Or a corporate environment where access might be blocked.

I've moved your topic to a more suitable location on the forum.

Hi Sir. Thanks for the Link. Where i have to use this link to access the library manager in the Arduino IDE? Kindly let us know.

Hi sir, Can you please share the link of arduino IDE for windows 7 which supports for 32 bit? Kindly help on this.

The link is provided as a test. Put it in a browser and you should see the content of the json file.

If you can't access it from a browser, you have a problem.

If it used to work in the past, the IT department might have changed the firewall rules. I suggest that you contact your IT support.

What do you mean by "installed library manager"? The library manager is part of the IDE so you should not have to install it.

Will check the same and update.

Yes sir. Sorry. Instead of mentioning installing the library using the library manager. I have wrongly mentioned as "installed library manager"

Sir. Arduino IDE Ver1.8.19 is working with Window 7 (32 bit). Issue with Firewall settings. Now Library manager is working without any Error. Thanks for the support.
