error while reprogramming attiny13a

Hello everyone,

I am facing difficulties while reprogramming my attiny13a once program it. It says bootloader was not successful and the signature was wrong.
The first time while uploading my code everything goes well, but the second time i reupload the code it gives the above errors.

I am using Arduino UNO with Arduino IDE as the ISP for programming and Microcore board preferences.
Other than Arduino UNO, which is the best way to program ATTINY13a.
Please help me in this, i am facing this problem from a very long period :frowning:

What is the CPU clock speed of the ATtiny?
Have you double checked your wiring?
Do you have a 0.1uF capacitor across the VCC and GND of the tiny?
