avrdude done. Thank you.

I'm getting this error, helping my little brother with an assignment over TeamViewer, tried everything still the same, windows 10, please help

Did you try the steps in the troubleshooting guide?

Is the board really a Lilypad?

I tried them, what I'm confused with is the fact that in device manager it shows as just "USB serial port"

this is the board that he ordered, and before me intervening the board had initially become hot a lot, could that be the issue????

Yes, The processor should never become hot. Why it got hot would be important to know so the same thing does not happen to the new Liliypad, cause I think you may need to get a new one. What was connected to the Liliypad? How was it powered?

It was powered by a 9v battery I suppose, and he had connected the cables in a wrong way, before asking me.. anyways thanks for the help bud.
