So it's not an upload error, it's a compilation error. It's pretty self explanatory:

So you just need to look at your code and add the missing */.

The characters /* open (mark the start of) a multi line comment. The / characters close (mark the end) of a multi line comment. A / without a */ just makes the whole code a multi line comment. Comments do not execute.

That is not code that can be uploaded to an Arduino. That G code would be fed to a CNC machine using a G code sending program.
