Please use code tags (</> button on the toolbar) when you post code or warning/error messages. The reason is that the forum software can interpret parts of your code as markup (the smiley faces in your post above for example), leading to confusion, wasted time, and a reduced chance for you to get help with your problem. This will also make it easier to read your code and to copy it to the IDE or editor. Using code tags and other important information is explained in the How to use this forum post. Please read it.

Is there a file named LiquidCrystal_I2C.h present in either C:\Users\vlady\OneDrive???\Arduino\libraries\LiquidCrystal_I2C or C:\Users\vlady\OneDrive???\Arduino\libraries\LiquidCrystal_I2C1602V1 or in the src subfolder of either?

It appears that you are using a sketch that wants to use a header file named LiquidCrystal_I2C.h and for some reason, it isn’t being found.
This indicates that the library the sketch wants to use is either not installed or installed improperly.

There are MANY different libraries that have a LiquidCrystal_I2C.h header file.
The various libraries work differently and all but one require manual installation.

For an easier to install and use solution for i2c backpacks for hd44780 LCDs, I would suggest that you use my hd44780 library.
It can be quickly and easily installed using the IDE library manager directly from the Arduino IDE GUI.
You can read more about it here: GitHub - duinoWitchery/hd44780: Extensible hd44780 LCD library

The i/o class for i2c backpacks that use an i/o expander chip is hd44780_I2Cexp
It can auto detect the i2c address of the backpack as well as the pin mappings and the backlight control.
It comes with a diagnostic sketch (I2CexpDiag) to test the i2c signals and the RAM inside the lcd module.
