Erstellung einer Wlan LED Lichtband Steuerung per IR LED und D1 Mini

Hallo erstmal ihr lieben Tüftler!
Ich habe mal wieder ein neues Projekt. Wie die Überschrift schon erahnen lässt, habe ich ein LED Lichtband (Paulmann Motion Set 10m) jedoch gibt es 2 Probleme:

  1. Es gibt einen Bug, wenn ich das Lichtband über die Fernbedienung ausschalte, das Netzteil jedoch angesteckt lasse, und es nach ein paar Tagen wieder einschalten möchte, so geht es einfach nicht an. Ich muss es dann einmal komplett vom Strom trennen und anschließend lässt es sich wieder über die Fernbedienung bedienen. Das nervt natürlich, jedoch möchte ich dieses Problem zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt angehen, da ich denke dass es sich mit einem Relais recht leicht lösen lässt, welches einfach immer komplett die Stromversorgung trennt.
  2. Es lässt sich nicht über Wlan steuern. Dazu wollte ich das Signal der Fernbedienung auslesen und anschließen per IR LED bei Bedarf ein Signal über Wlan an den D1 Mini schicken, welcher dann die LED ansteuert. Das hat soweit vor ein paar Tagen auch super funktioniert, jedoch wollte ich die LED nicht auf Dauer direkt mit dem D1 mini pro ansteuern, da der nur 12mA liefern kann und das LED Modul 20mA benötigt. Also habe ich 2 Transistoren davor geschaltet und wollte es nun wieder ausprobieren, aber es funktioniert nicht (obwohl die on Board LED des IR LED Moduls flackert wie gewünscht) Also habe ich die LED wieder direkt angesteuert, wie vor ein paar Tagen - und siehe da, es funktioniert auch NICHT!!! Woran kann das liegen? ich habe nichts am Code geändert und die Verschaltung müsste so sein wie vor ein paar Tagen. Kann das etwas mit dieser komischen IR Bibliothek zu tun haben?
    Der Code beinhaltet 2 Dateien und ich schicke euch auch den Schaltplan dazu, obwohl es ja jetzt unabhängig von den Transistoren nicht geht...

Ich habe jetzt nicht verstanden wozu die Fernbedienung gut ist.

Mach das doch direkt mit der Webseite des Webservers. Buttons oder auch Slider kann man doch dazu nutzen. Geht doch dann mittels Handy recht einfach.

Nutze eine statische HTML Seite und für die variablen Werte die Fetch API.

Schau dir das mal bei Fips an, wie man das machen kann.

Wenn ich das richtig sehe, ist das von dir verwendete "IR-Sende-Modul" eine "normale" IR-Sendediode und diese kannst du einfach mit einem NPN-Transistor gegen GND steuern. Dazu solltest du mal nachmessen, ob schon ein Vorwiderstand für die IR-Diode auf der Platine drauf ist.
Wenn nicht, braucht es min. einen 10Ohm Widerstand.

Die Fernbedienung wird standartmäßig mitgeliefert und der Plan war, dass diese (zusätzlich zur WLAN Funktion) auch noch funktionieren soll. Also es hat eben vor ein paar Tagen schonmal funktioniert, dass ich mittels Webserver meinen D1 Mini steuern konnte und dieser das LED Lichtband gesteuert hat. Nun geht es eben nicht mehr (auch bei direkter Ansteuerung, also eigentlich mit der selben Methode, die auch verwendet wurde als es eigentlich funktioniert hat.)

Was funktioniert nicht ?
Dein Aufbau mit dem Wemos oder mit der originalen Fernbedienung ?

Wenn ich ein High Signal am Signal Pin der IR LED anlege, dann wird sie eingeschaltet. Also funktioniert nur ein NPN Transistor gegen 0V nach meinem Verständnis nicht. Bzw. wäre dann ein Ein Signal am D1 gleich ein Aus Signal an der LED. Und ich weiß nicht wie ich das mit der verwendeten Bibliothek invertieren kann... Deshalb habe ich einen PNP Transistor verwendet, der wiederum von einem NPN Transistor geschaltet wird.

Da musst du nichts invertieren.
Du musst nur die Diode dauernd auf + schalten und mit dem Transistor den GND der Diode schalten.

Dann nimm statt der IR-Led eine normale Led um zu prüfen, ob noch ein Signal raus kommt.
Vorwiderstand nicht vergessen.

Auf dem IR Board is noch ne normale LED verbaut, um zu sehen ob die IR LED an ist oder nicht und wie gesagt, die flackert. Also es sieht so als als würde das Signal geschickt werden...

Die "Funktions-LED" flackert genau wie davor. Jetzt kann ich mir zwar einen Transistor sparen (Danke HotSystems!) Aber das Lichtband reagiert trotzdem nicht darauf. (Mitgelieferte Fernbedienung funktioniert immernoch wunderbar)

Lösung war die Software nochmal auf einen neuen D1 Mini zu spielen :man_shrugging:
Danke für euere Bemühungen. Vielleicht kommt zu dem Projekt noch die ein oder andere Frage bis es vollständig umgesetzt ist :slight_smile:

Hast mich mit dem in die Irre geführt, dachte schon es gibt sowas wie IR Sender als fertigen Baustein, was ganzen Sendeprotokoll intern macht. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Also die ganze Mimik in die Tonne, es wird nicht funktionieren so wie du das zeichnest.

Und dafür wollen die 9€ ? = 3 X teurer als bei anderen Händle.

Hätte man das genommen wehre schon besser den der Sender hat ein Transistor drauf.

Der TO hat es doch mittlerweile mit einem Transistor angesteuert, aufgebaut.

Evtl. ist ja nur der Ausgangspin des D1 mini defekt. Einfach mal mit einem anderen digitalen Pin probieren.

Bei meinem Modul ( zwei von unterschiedlichen Händler) war die IR Diode umgekehrt drauf bedeutet es könnte nichts gesendet werden, nach dem oberen Schaltplan.
