I've been having trouble getting my esp-03 running and I was hoping someone could have a look at my wiring diagram. I'm just trying to turn the thing on not do anything else at this point (dont have my usb to ttl serial adapter yet).

My thinking is there should be an led right below the ceramic antenna that should turn on when the appropriate power is sent to the ESP-03. This isnt happening for me.

Any and all recommendations are welcome.

Check the voltage out from your voltage regulator. Should be at least 3 volts and not more than 3.3 volts.
Check your solder connections.
