Esp 32 upload error due to wrong mode

Hi, i was working on my school project of an a house automatization and when i tried to upload the code for testing the relay it wrote this error
A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Wrong boot mode detected (0x13)! The chip needs to be in download mode.

I tried to hold the boot button while uploading but that didnt quite work so a searched some more but everithing else was not that what i needet and holding the boot and en buttons while connecting wont also work couse i have only boot and rst buttons on the board.

would be grateful for any help.

I have never seen that error. Post a photo of the board connected to USB to your PC.

it is a version with extendet number of pins
also sory for my enghlish im czech so

sorry there was a bad on my side i forgot to update the esp32 boards now it works but thanks mate
