Esp 32S smd board, is not stable

Hi.

I'm trying to bulid some devices, using ESP 32S smd board.

I have been testing with this ESP-32 WROOM Test Burning Adapter Module - Ardustore.dk, and everythibg is working fine, but when i'am trying to put a pcb board together, it becomes unstable.
I have 3 switches using interrupts and the buildin PULL_UP, and they are becoming unstable.
i have 2 10K resistors from EN and IO0 to ground.
what am i missing?
