I set up static IP address gateway and subnet mask to my esp 8266 . static ip is been taken by the esp8266 but it is not creating the server on the static ip. can you assist me in this. i would be very grateful
Don't put a static IP address on the ESP8266 (or anything else for that matter!). Go into the router configuration and reserve the IP address against the MAC address of the ESP8266.
