Esp turns on but does not start the program

Hello, I have a board that I made at jlcpcb and I have a problem with it, whenever I take it off the power and turn it on again, it doesn't start the program loaded on it, nor does the blink, it doesn't work, but whenever I press the Reset button it goes back to working normally
