Has anyone tried to use esp32 as SIP client? Thanks
I cannot quite imagine what an ESP32 which has no ADC, might have to do with VoIP.
Do you plan to use the ESP32 as the SIP client only and let another board do the RTP traffic? What are your intentions? Just to find an exotic use for the ESP32?
I would like to make a VoIP door bell. I found the following esp32 board : ESP32-LyraT V4.3 Getting Started Guide — Audio Development Framework documentation
I wonder if it can be used.
In that size of a board you can use a Raspberry Pi which has lot's of SIP software available ready to use.
You might also want to investigate telegram for text messages.
Telegram itself does voice and video.

Thank you All for your feedback. When I checked the different esp32 boards, in the market, that may be used as a SIP client and taking into consideration their size and price, I came to the conclusion that the ESP32 is not a good solution for SIP client (at least for my case).
