esp32-cam "Brownout detector was triggered"

I'm trying to get an esp32-cam running using the example code.
I upload image, remove the jumper and then hit the reset button.

I see no errors but the device also does not log into my network and I'm am not sure what the code it is outputting is trying to tell me.

I am able to get both the AI Thinker and wrover board protocols to upload error free but both produce the same output.

How to I get the device to log on to my network or produce some output to tell me what is going on?

Brownout detector was triggered

That means your device doesn't get enough power. As you failed to post a complete wiring diagram it's up to you to search for the hardware error.

Does sound very much like a power or wiring issue.
