ESP32 CAM, FT232 RL, no serial output

Hello
i had some problems with upload my sketch to my esp32.
now it looks like work. The upload is done.

But i don't get any output in the serial monitor.
So i think the problem was, that i had connect IDO and GND, to set it in the flash mode.

After i remove the connection of this pins and reconnect it tom my pc, i would get a serial output...
but it's not my output text.

i get this output:

Brownout detector was triggered

"brownout detector was triggered" means that the power supply is inadequate.

Use a 5V or 3.3V power supply capable of supplying several hundred mA current.

okay. thats right. i use it with 3.3V

now i connect the esp with a 5V charger.
but i got the same message

Same problem. Post a wiring diagram and closeup, focused photo of your setup.

thank you.
here are two photos.
the esp is with a 5V usb charger connected.
