The continual dots are for it trying to join your WiFi and not connecting.
Double check your SSID and PW?

When I got a ESP32 I had networking problems so went back to basics.
Have you tried the IDE ESP32 examples like Time/SimpleTime?
I assume you have installed the correct ESP32 in the IDE.

itry to change the ssid and password it's still the same. itry to flash the blinking for led of esp 32-cam it works also in the red indactor on the board

I try simpleTime, No visble wifi on smartphone and it still showing more dots

Hi,
You are adding your WiFi ssid and password, correctly.
They are case sensitive.

Tom... :+1: :coffee: :australia:

what do I do to fix

Hi,
I hope REBISCOS is not the real ssid and password.

Thanks.. Tom.. :+1: :coffee: :australia:

The Deafult ssid and pass in the code is "*********", So i replace with REBISCOS. I don't know what is the original ssid and pass. On my esp32-cam i just bought it new. I have read article about the issue of CH340 model, do you think this is the reason why cannot provide the ip address here the link https://rntlab.com/question/esp32-cam-no-ip-address-found/

Hi,

Default??
You should put the actual SSID and Password in those lines of the WiFi network you are trying to connect to.

Tom... :+1: :coffee: :australia:
PS. Have you connected an ESP32 to the WiFi before?

Do you mean i need to connect it to my wifi? I will not make my own SSID and Password?

I'm trying to connect my esp32-cam on my smartphone for stream

Hi,
You can look around for PEER to PEER connection, but your code expects to connect to WiFi hub to get an IP address.

Tom... :+1: :coffee: :australia:

I think i need to use Access-Point-AP-Video-Streaming code
