Esp32 camera, raspberry pi camera, or ip camera for my project?

Hi, I am trying to make a remote gardening system and I need a camera to make sure it is safe. I am planning to use a hotspot device and have an esp32, raspberry pi or an ip camera to connect to it so I can view it remotely. Which one is the best? esp32 cam has worse quality than raspberry pi also i dont think it has night vision, while raspberry pi does. Are there other options aside from these 3? Thanks in advance.

There is a few, but not a lot of differences. Quality = $$. A hotspot for video? That could get pricey, you would get a win win using POE on a Pi. I just set that up for my outdoor camera, waaaaaay better picture quality and no more running batteries or power cords, just one LAN cable and if needed it can go inside some plastic electrical conduit and be buried.
