ESP32 gps tracker wiring

Hello
i am trying to build a gps tracker so purchased a sim7600g - h
Link gps module and since a sim card is required got a pci-e to USB as well
link below
pci- e to USB
feets perfectly , and based on reviews should work and compatible

According to wiring diagram:
esp32. gps module
RX. ----> TX
TX -----> RX

but there are no lables for TX /RX on the hardware sao i dont know how to wire couldnt find any on datasheet either

can anybody helkp please?
Thanks in advance

PCIE is an edge mount circuit card form factor. The TX/RX are pins 19/17 on the card edge.

See page 14 or search "TXD"

Thank you for your help
How can you detect pins 17 and 19 (rx Tx)?
By looking at the Pictures taken from data sheet it Says from PIN 1 to PIN 51 while there’s not enough I/o It’s no clear
Photo of PIN OUT diagram attached

is there some kind of adaptor which can enable to connect wires to pins w7.19 rx tx
The surface area is tiny (about 1 millimeter)
Makes it hard to solder

Counting from pin 1 by twos on the nice diagram you posted, could it make sense that RX and TX would be pins numbered 17 and 19?
