ESP32 Impedance matching for PCB antenna design

I want to use ESP32 for my project, but I need the design to be small, so I'm planning to use ESP32 chip (ESP-DOWDQ6) on my PCB. I checked the hardware design datahsheet
and the application schematic says TBD on the antenna's LC circuit so i assume that it means "To Be Discussed" so i go to the details.

It said that I should design an Impedance matching network for my PCB design.

Most ESP8266 modules circuit I've seen ignores this and uses a 5.6uF cap across the antenna so can I just do the same?

I don't know much about AC analysis or RF antenna design, what topic should I be looking at to understand and be able to design the appropriate circuit.

When you went to the ESP32 Forum - Index page site what did they say about your thingy? After all they made the chip.

Oh sorry I'm so used to Arduino Forum that I forgot that I could just go there.
