I have just deployed a thing in a remote site and everything works fine for about three hours. The thing is sending back process variable telemetry 24/7 for logging and monitoring. I previously thought that device was somehow getting disconnected from the router but this is not the case. I just checked today after the telemetry stopped last evening and the device was still connected to the router. The Arduino cloud just simply disconnected from the device. I am testing this using a free account before moving to a paid subscription. I just want to make sure that Arduino cloud can deliver the up time I need in order to monitor my unit properly. Can anyone provide any clarity as to why the device would be dropped from the cloud even though it is still connected to my router? I am using an ESP32-WROOM-DA controller.
