I'm doing a project using ESP32DevKitC board and I d'like to know what is solution for battery supply and to provide an information about the low power battery.
I've seen this shield but it seems not very good.

First; bear in mind this is an English forum, links to foreign web sites are not readable to most people in here.
The question your asking is, there are a number of ESP32 boards that are intended for battery operation, and include options for chnarging the battery, they are not difficult to find.
The ESP32DevKitC is an Expressif product I beleive, I presume they have a support forum for the products they sell.
