ESP32 Partition and chip size

Just for your info because I spend just one day for nothing...

I updated the compiler version for version 2.0.14
I re select the 8Mo because after every compiler update the selected partion is lost.

I spend one day of non runing application because I forget to re select the chip size !!!!

Is that possible to update the ide with a check between the partition file and the chip size ??
