ESP32 Relay Module PCB is not working

Hey, I need help with my relay PCB, which connects to ESP32, and it doesn't work. The problem is that all of the status LEDs and relay are not powered up. Can anyone check the schematic for me? Thank you.

Red LED (RD1 RD2 RD3) is a status light (Always turn on).
Green LED (GN1 GN2 GN3) will turn on (HIGH) /turn off (LOW)

Sorry for my weak English

The schematic implies that 5V is being supplied to the relay parts and that 5V is being sent to the GPIO pins of an ESP32 which is NOT 5V tolerant. ALSO! The schematic shows that the 5V for relay power is coming through the ESP32. Of course you'll have issues.

Use an optically isolated relay board; such as 'a relay thingy that works with an ESP32.

The board you are referring to is not optically isolated.
It is similar to the circuit provided above.

Opps, wrong board the other relay thingy that is isolated that works great.
