Esp32 sketch data upload not showing

Hello! I need to use the SPIFFS to read and write data on the flash memory of ESP32 however, the esp32 sketch data upload is not showing on the tools tab.

I'm pretty sure I followed the guy' who answered this question's instructions properly:
