ESP32 Wrover Programming

I'm trying to program ESP32 Wrover module using UART. I'm getting error even though following same process as with ESP32 Wroom. Below is my DIY breakout board schematic:

Above same sketch was used for ESP32 Wroom module and it works perfectly fine!

What are R2 and R3 doing? They are currently in parallel with the switch, that seems very odd.

Why didn't you move the labels so they're not piled on top of one another? Especially to show publicly...

Compare the Wrover module and the Wroom. Something is clearly different.

I just copied ESP32 wroom breakout board.
What am I doing wrong in schema?

Please provide a link to that. Is it your design, or not?

What am I doing wrong in schema?

You let the ECAD program pile up labels in the same place, instead of moving them manually to make them readable.

By the way, what is VCC connected to?

Also please show your upload connections.

VCC is not connected to anything!

Do you mean pcb?

Yes that. You say you copied it. So you must have a schematic, no? Can you please post it?

Then you can not upload. A powerless CPU can't run.

I'm powering it externally using 3.3v power supply and everything grounded properly. Yes, I don't have exact schematic but I figured it out using simple multimeter by touching probes pins on ESP32 Wroom! someone might have definitely made that schema but at this mean time unable to find it so I can show you.

It would be nice if you explain what I'm doing wrong with by current schema as I'm newbie in circuits and didn't found proper esp32 assembled in my city and I had this spare in my bucket so I decided to work on and to figure out how actually this work could be programmed without onboard chips.

I don't know what you are doing wrong, because I can't see what you are doing. Hence, please show me what you are doing.

I can not see how you have connected it for upload, and I can not see how you intend to use it after that.

I won't remain in this thread unless proper details are forthcoming...
