Esp32cam uploads code but wont print anything on the monitor

i am first time esp32cam user and using FTDI to upload my codes and the codes upload successfully but once i try to connect the esp32cam with my phones hotspot it doesn’t print anything although i can clearly see that its connect to the hotspot from my phone

and i thought maybe the board was faulty so i tried uploading code that makes the esp32cam flash and it worked so i dont know what i am doing wrong

if anyone know whats wrong with this

Yes, you have not provded the code you uploaded.

its the example code from esp32 camera webserver this should work right?

Hi @tengis0810. The Arduino sketch program that is running on the Arduino board is configured to communicate over the serial port at a specific baud rate. This is done via the Serial.begin function.

In this case, your sketch is configured to communicate at 115200 baud:

The Arduino IDE Serial Monitor must be configured for the same baud rate as set in the sketch program.

Check to make sure the selection in the menu at the bottom of the Serial Monitor window matches the baud rate in the sketch code. If not, select the correct baud rate and press the reset button on the board to restart the sketch program. Hopefully you will then see the expected output in Serial Monitor.

If things are not working as expected even with the correct Serial Monitor baud rate configuration, please let us know in a reply here and we'll suggest something else you can try.

thanks for the reply but unfortunately it didn't change but this time serial monitor is printing different things

i changed the bits per second of the port to 115200 and tried it again with 9600 but there was no difference
