ESP8226 not responding to commands

Hi guys

First of all sorry, i know a lot of complain about ESP8226. But here is my problem, i got this neat device HERE and i thought i try to program my ESP8266 ESP-01, so here is a screenshot of my problem, it should return OK, tried different baud rates as well, should I need to change something in arduino IDE or where's the catch?

Try changing the menu at the bottom right corner of the Serial Monitor to "Both CR & LF".
