Esp8266 and 6 pin rgbww led

Hi all,

I have an ESP8266 node mcu and some RGBWW 6 pin LED strip left over from another light. these are not addressable. Can I drive the strip with the ESP8266. I thought of WLED but not sure if it works with "dumb" led strips. And what is the wiring. the pins are labelled dc5v G R B W C. I want to make a small infinity mirror so powering from the ESP8266 would be ideal.

They usually clip to a control panel or a remote receiver.

I beleive those light strips are 5V so no you cannot directly connect them. You can use a MOSFET or BJT for each color and that should work for you.
