Some are bad, some are just OK.
The Seeed board is tiny, well build, has an excellent WiFi range and is well worth the few dollars more. You get what you pay for.
It also has a built-in charger for the Lipo battery. Which makes things a lot easier.
Do use a protected battery for projects like that if you value your safety.
