I formatted the computer.

i using esp8266 modüle

this is test circuit

is missing drive may ?

What is that supposed to be?

Have a read of your post again, it makes no sense at all.

If that is the test circuit it will not work since Vcc, CH_PD & Rst all need to be pulled high to have the chip working. Also really ... put at least voltage divider between the UNO & the ESP-01 Rx-pin, And if it is a genuine UNO (as i have) then actually the 3.3v of it provides enough power for the ESP-01 (simplifies your circuit for now)
