ESP8266 code merge

Hi everyone!
I'm completely beginner in programing i just wonder how can i merge this two programs in to one!
My goal is to see the time in my browser from my ESP device while i can controll my LEDs!
So how can a I make this?
Program number one:

#include <ESP8266WiFi.h>
#include <ESP8266WebServer.h>
#include <ezTime.h>

Timezone myLocalTime;

const char* ssid = "..."; //SSID of wifi network
const char* password = "...";// Password for wifi network

// config static IP

ESP8266WebServer server(80);

// Current time
unsigned long currentTime = millis();
// Previous time
unsigned long previousTime = 0;
// Define timeout time in milliseconds (example: 2000ms = 2s)
const long timeoutTime = 2000;

void setup() {

// Print local IP address and start web server

// put your setup code here, to run once:

// WiFi configuration
WiFi.softAPdisconnect(true);
WiFi.mode(WIFI_STA);
WiFi.disconnect();

WiFi.begin(ssid, password);

// Wait for connection
while (WiFi.status() != WL_CONNECTED) {
delay(500);
}

// Starting Webserver
server.begin();

// Webserver handles
server.on("/", handleRoot);

// Set desired time zone for Timezone object declared in the beginning
myLocalTime.setLocation(F("de")); // set your time zone

// Sync NTP time for ezTime library
waitForSync();

delay(2000);
}

void loop() {

server.handleClient();
delay(50);
}

// WebServer handles:
void handleRoot() {
server.send(200, "text/html", getDefaultPage());
}
// webServer handles END

// Default page
String getDefaultPage() {

String page = "\n\n\n\n\n nodeMCU\n <meta charset="utf-8">\n\n\n\n

Led iranyitas

\n

Ido: ##ido##

\n

Datum: ##datum##

\n\n\n ";

page.replace("##ido##", myLocalTime.dateTime("H:i:s"));
page.replace("##datum##", myLocalTime.dateTime("d.m.Y"));

return page;
}

// End Default page
Program number two:
// Load Wi-Fi library
#include <ESP8266WiFi.h>

// Replace with your network credentials
const char* ssid = "...";
const char* password = "...";

// Set web server port number to 80
WiFiServer server(80);

// Variable to store the HTTP request
String header;

// Auxiliar variables to store the current output state
String output26State = "off";
String output27State = "off";
String output15State = "off";

// Assign output variables to GPIO pins
const int output26 = D8;
const int output27 = D13;
const int output15 = D13;

// Current time
unsigned long currentTime = millis();
// Previous time
unsigned long previousTime = 0;
// Define timeout time in milliseconds (example: 2000ms = 2s)
const long timeoutTime = 2000;
