ESP8266 error while uploading

I'm getting an error while uploading an example program to my ESP-01 module

Here is the code

The error message is

warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
java.io.IOException: jssc.SerialPortException: Port name - COM4; Method name - setEventsMask(); Exception type - Can't set mask.

I choose Tools>>Board>>Generic ESP8266 Module
But when I choose that there are so many options for that board like Flash frequency,Flash mode How should I configure that.

My COM port was COM4
