ESP8266 fatal error

Hello,
I have an ESP8266 wifi module (ESP12 package).

It worked flawlessly for some time (a couple weeks).

Suddenly, it stopped working. On reset, it gives a sequence of errors:

I tried reflashing the firmware.
I also tried to dump the firmware and check for errors, and it only shows a 3-byte error in the end of the dump (where it's supposed to be blank) and which doesn't seem to resolve with reflashing. It doesn't seem important though, because, as i said, it's in blank space.

I normally used it with only the VCC, GND, RXD and TXD pins wired, and it worked.
I also use a voltage divider from the arduino tx to the RXD on the esp: 2 1khom resistors which should divide the arduino's 5V to 2.5V.

As it stopped, i tried the wiring from this guide, without results: http://www.instructables.com/id/Get-Your-ESP8266-12-Ready-for-AT-Commands/?ALLSTEPS

Any suggestions to recover from this?

try the ESP8266 forum, they-re more familiar with this board.
