ESP8266 Pin Full Usage Possible?

Hey falks, I am a beginner on ESP8266. I have a question regarding to the usage of the GPIO Pins. Here is my question:

Can I use the RX and TX Pin also for a digitalWrite (Outout) ?

And what about the others ? Which Pins are not usable as an GPIO in or Out Pin during a regular operation mode ?

yes you can! but you have to unplug rx and tx while televersing
