Esp8266 problem..plz help

I flashed my esp8266.. it got flashed successful.. but nw wen i power it on then i doesnt respond to at commands.. nor i uploaded a sketch to conmect to wifi.. it doesnt connect... // I can see tht the blue led keeps blink for like 3 sec then off for 1 sec or so... What is happening to my eps8266.. is it bricked ?? How to know if a esp is damaged amd wnt work....Plz help me...

Before power up I think you need to have one of the pins set to LOW for flashing and to HIGH for operating. That is certainly true for the GPIO0 pin on my ESP8266-12 module.

What module are you using?
Post a diagram showing how you have everything connected.
