Here is the combined sketch.
The line that reads WiFiClient client = server.client(); origianlly read WiFiClient client = server.available(); it returned an error ' has no member named 'available'.
So I thought to try using both port assignments from both sketches together.
ESP8266WebServer server(90);
WiFiServer server(90);.
and of course there was a conflict with the name "server" so I changed one, was able to compile but as expected was unable to connect at all... no auth or page.
I see that each one assigns the port using different libraries. looking at the cpp files it made sense to try WiFiClient client = server.client(); and it works but with problems.

-
in firefox/PC - auth works - buttons work - but LED state change only when page refreshes - has error "Not found: /5/on." in upper left corner of page
-
in firefox/android - auth not working - goes straight to buttons - buttons work most times but sometimes also needs page refresh and has same error. Not found: /5/on.
it makes more sense that WiFiClient client = server.available(); is able to call 'available' from the original library of webserver with the buttons sketch.
Any help will be great
