Ethernet Shield doesn't initialize SD Card

Hi everyone. I explain my problem. I have an original Arduino UNO REV3 and an HanRun Ethernet Shield. I want build a domotic house system and I need an ethernet shield which display a web page stored into the SD, but I can't initialize it! I'm using this sketch:

Notice that I added an extra line [pinMode(10, HIGH);] to prevent W5100 chip bug but SD can't be initialized. I already seen lot of discussion about this without success

This works on my Mega 2560 and ethernet shield/SD card. Note I use 115200 on the baud rate. How does this do on your device? I recommend power cycling the Arduino after uploading this code.

Well finally I found the best option, I pushed it down in one side and pull up the card side a little from the other side. Is it normal?
