Ethernet Shield ENC28J60

Hi guys :slight_smile: this is the first time I write in the forum even though it is already for a while that I work with Arduino Mega 2560 :slight_smile: I feel phenomenal ... a friend wanted to reward myself and I bought an Ethernet Shield :frowning: aime is not the original but is based on the chip ENC28J60, I checked on ebay and even those who sell it provides a different library from the original to this link: http://www.r3cube.com/Drivers-software/etherShield.zip

I tried to connect the Arduino Ethernet Shield to, and placed the little program that was present in the test library, but if I ping the ethernet I give the software to shield ... I do not see the device ... I know someone help?
I wanted to point out that I am working with the power to the USB port ... with the cable programming ...

example is the program that the library is as follows:

#include "etherShield.h"

// please modify the following two lines. mac and ip have to be unique
// in your local area network. You can not have the same numbers in
// two devices:
static uint8_t mymac[6] = {0x54,0x55,0x58,0x10,0x00,0x24};
static uint8_t myip[4] = {192,168,1,15};
static char baseurl[]="http://192.168.1.15/";
static uint16_t mywwwport =80; // listen port for tcp/www (max range 1-254)
// or on a different port:
//static char baseurl[]="http://10.0.0.24:88/";
//static uint16_t mywwwport =88; // listen port for tcp/www (max range 1-254)
//

I put the code you've posted on my arduino board and connected it to an ENC28J60 breakout board. It works.

You must make sure that the pins defined in enc28j60.c are correct.

#define ENC28J60_CONTROL_CS  10
#define SPI_MOSI             11
#define SPI_MISO             12
#define SPI_SCK              13
