I'm currently reviewing the option to use my old Arduino Extreme v2 along with a Wzinet W5100 based Ethernet shield in order to communicate with 4 TLC5940 chips for 64 channel PWM dimming.
Question1: The ATmega8 is pretty much short on flash memory, I doubt that the code for ethernet comms and driving the TLCs fits.
Question2: From what I can read on shieldlist.org and my research so far, I can't be sure which shield can be used with the Extreme v2 at all.
As I'm still checking what to do (ie. buying an UNO for this project), my knowledge isn't too detailed yet. Pointers appreciated.
