After a motion is detected, the IP camera captures the moment and send it to my email.

I know, I know, I can buy an IP camera that can do this... but I want to learn how it works and do it myself. Please

Can you help by giving me a tutorial that can do this? Pure arduino. No php or python needed.

The only Arduino that could deal with a IP Cam is the YUN so look in its own part of the forum. But there really is no good reason not to connect the IP cam direct to your PC.
