EvilMadScientist ISP Board- Which Arduinos?

After building the board and having a problem I found it doesn't work with the Leonardo. Why they don't post which ones it does or doesn't is beyond me. I found out the hard way after it didn't work and found the note in the forum.

Regardless. I already have the Leonardo, 2560, and Due. I just hate I have to get yet another Arduino to use this board. That or sell my assembled ISP board and breadboard it according to docs on the Arduino site.

So which Arduino board are you using with this ISP board successfully?

Are you referring to the EMS ISP Shield?

That sounds like a logical name for it. Evil Mad Scientist.

There are a couple caveats at the bottom of the page.

Yeah, found that AFTER I got the board and it didn't work. If they already know which boards it does it doesn't work with they need to move it to the top and state it. I did find some notes that might help.

There is a section on adding and entry into the programmers. However with 1.5.2 of the IDE it's not reading the entries. So think I'm on the right track if I can figure out why the IDE isn't reading the new entry in the programmers.txt file.

They seem like nice folks there, not as Evil as a person might think  They'd probably be receptive to a suggestion.

I just bought a UNO board to use with the ISP and still doesn't work. I even tried new chips that are supposed to have the UNO bootloader on them and I get errors. I posted a note to them about it on their support site. I'm not having very good luck with trying to program a chip.

Anyone here running a Uno and the EvilMadScientist ISP 2.0 board? I'm getting no where. I've programmed the PIC and several other microcs back to the 8080 chips. So I'm not really a noob.

You can look at the thread there:

I've tried about every combination of the jumpers and tried several chips. I need someone that has the Uno/ISP 2.0 combo to talk to off here I guess.
