Example/Core Functions files - where are the located on my computer

I use a Mac and I was wondering where the example/core functions files are located on my computer?
e.g. I would like to find Firmata.h etc

They'll be inside your Arduino.app folder - in Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/hardware/
