examples of arduino give errors to compile(verify) before upload

original examples in the folder come with arduino.exe give compile error like not declared ... or other errors..

but some of them work. is it something wrong with path specification or version of operation system or version of arduino?

i am using si1143 sensor and i have its example but errors occur when i firstly verify compile. (did not connect device yet)

and i tested other examples of android but some of them work and some of them have different errors.

what extra things i have to configure? or what should i do?
