exec: "/bin/arm-none-eabi-g++": file does not exist error

I'm using Arduino 1.6.12 on Windows 7. I originally received the above error so I installed the GNU tools for ARM Embedded Processors and the Eclipse build tools. As instructed, I did NOT update my path environment variables. The error still persists. Can anyone help?

What are you trying to compile for?

What told you to install the build tools separately? This is not necessary for any boards that I know of.

And what does Eclipse have to do with anything?

My first guess would be that you're trying to use a third party hardware package, but don't have it installed properly.
