Execute Arduino code from sd card

Hi.

Is it possible to run Arduino code from Sd card  ?

no

A small amount of Arduino boards can use an SD card as a mini hard drive eg the YUN and I believe one of the newer NANO’s

But other than that the answer would be NO although they can read pre formatted data from an SD card for use by a sketch.

Just to be clear...

There can be data on the SD Card but not program code.

...R

The YUN is different Robin.

but it still can't execute Arduino code from SD card because as Arduino it is only an Atmega32u4

You could write a bootloader that had a very simple SD file system.

the question was not "load from SD to flash and then run"
