expected primary expression before ";" token.... not sure

hey all, new to Arduino so please forgive any novice mistakes i may have done but i’m having issues uploading this code I’m getting " expected primary expression before “;” token "

this code was originally copied from this URL Stepper motor position control by optical encider · GitHub … when i ran a compile test i was getting
a stray “” in program … once that issue was cleared up this new one now arose " expected primary expression before “;” token "
