Dark theme is marked to be "available soon" and I cannot find the export button on the new online editor.

Regarding the dark theme, I don't have any news.
Regarding the "export button", if you are using a non-IoT sketch, the feature is already available:
- Click the ▼ icon at the right side of the sketch name in the top bar of the Cloud Editor page.
A menu will open. - Select "Download" from the menu.
Unfortunately that sketch download feature is not currently available when you have an Arduino Cloud IoT Thing sketch open in Cloud Editor. The Arduino Cloud developers are aware of this missing capability.
You might find the Arduino Cloud sketchbook integration feature of Arduino IDE useful if you want to work locally with the sketches from your Arduino Cloud account:
